OatWell oat bran is an all natural ingredient with unique properties for cereal applications, including extruded & cooked crisps and flakes. The inclusion level of β-glucan from OatWell oat bran may be well adapted for health benefits in terms of cholesterol lowering, reduced glycemic index and weight management. Cereals with added OatWell oat bran can be used as fortification in breakfast mueslis or designed as RTE cereals.

A 50 g serving of cereals contains 0.75 g - 1.50 g ß-glucan (3.4 - 6.8 g of OatWell oat bran)
